Our factory has set to design the hod-shaped dump semitrailer |

The factory has set to design the hod-shaped dump semitrailer with the volume of 26-m3 and load capacity of 34 tons. One of the most favorable advantages of its construction is lack of welded reinforcing channel bars on the sideboard panels. The rigidness of the construction is thus achieved by means of a longitudinal side piece bending. Another advantage is considered to be a safe positioning of the transported load, thus preventing it from sticking which can lead to the trailer’s overturn. Using a more up-to-date technology enables to reduce the deadweight of the dumper. The construction became steadier owing to positioning the center of gravity lower than that of the triangular dumper. The special notice should be paid to its presentable appearance. It’s worthy of mentioning that the improvement of the dumper construction will not reflect itself in increasing the unit’s value. | |

The results of the estimations are summed up on the basis of data concerning production quality parameters, its certification, main factory achievements in 2005, home market position, projects on factory development and state and social rewards. The public commission of experts rewarded «Tonar» as the winner of the contest with the medal and the Diploma «For effective activity, high achievements and stable operation in 2005». | |

Abrasive-jet processing camera is put into operation. It is intended to improve the quality of the units` surfaces before they are covered with colour varnish. Shot-jet processing will allow cleaning the surface off a great deal of dross and rust. As the result, the surface cold working increases the strength of the material used. Finally, it reaches the required roughness of the surface which helps to make a better coupling of the processed surface with the colour. | |

New technology is brought to life. |

According to the factory’s planes in the beginning of 2005 new modern technological processes using high-productive accessories were put into operation to renew the equipment. The line of the main assembling conveyor equipped with the brake forces checking device was successfully activated. It enables to manufacture up to eight semitrailers during one shift. Six jigs with hydraulic clamping devices for welding mainbeams and other factory-made chassis of the semitrailers were put into operation. The welding tractor appeared equipped with the tracking data transmitters provides automatic welding operations of the mainbeams using two burners simultaneously. The chamber that handles special drumming machining of the surfaces properly prepares chassis for the further dyeing application. Seven units of metalworking equipment were fully activated. The section for manufacturing the workpieces by means of hot upsetting technique is now being under careful development. All this contributed greatly to reduce the quantity of manual work, to increase the productivity, to make the production costs go down and to shorten the manufacture period both of the separate workpieces and the whole unit as well. The result turned to be the reasonable prices of our machinery. It was mainly achieved with the help of the professional staff of our factory. We’ll do our best to satisfy your demands. | |
