New industrial areas are put into service |

The building of more than 6500 m2 of industrial areas has been accomplished in September 2004. 800 m2 of areas holding the plasma cutting device which enables to make cutting operation of metall 12000 mm long and with the thickness of 3 to 50 mm have been put into operation. they also contain the area for welding of frame mainbeams of the semitrailers. to achieve this purpose a universal welding jid was specially designed and put into service. it enables to increase the production of the frames of the semitrailers. In the nearest future these areas will be fully equipped with the welding jids to make welding operations with the frames of the semitrailers. These important industrial areas will also contain jet processing of frames and workpieces, the line for dying of frames and bodies, as well as the assembly belt line to make assembling operations with the semitrailers. the contracts for designing and manufacturing of these lines have already been concluded. The factory is also planning to build its own service center wich will enable to make the service operation more productive. | |

It`s a triumph! |

This is the only suitable word to appraise the tilt covered semitrailer «Tonar-97461» wich successfully covered the distance from Lissabon to Vladivostok without any failures. Skillful drivers Alexandr Kolerov and Igor Nushtaev drove the train through transcontinental autorun. Participation in this autorun turned to be the real examination for factory-made vehicles. It is worth emphasizing the fact that an ordinary serial tilt covered train was sent to prove the high quality and reliability of the machinary manufactured by «Tonar». No further development was speacially done. The managers of the factory were more interested in acknowledging weak points of their products than intently hiding them from the purchasers. It`s serial number is 158. The experience of a long-distance run makes «Tonar-97461» to outline against other semitrailers. Neither the in-factory made axles, brake drums and shoes, nor the frame and the semitrailer`s framework failed through the distance. It`s still more important to add to indisputable advantages of the semitrailer hardly passible areas of Chita-Vladivostok track. It`s no accident that local long-distance drivers were fully assured in the fact that truck tractors would not be able to stay without any loss. But notwithstanding our vehicle managed to pass there and back. «Tonar»`s semitrailer showed off exclusively high endurance, reliability and skillful technical solutions of the construction. It gives the staff of the factory, manufactyring these machines, a rightful privilege to be proud of their products. Nowadays tonar`s insulated semitrailers pass through the roads of Sibiria. In the nearest future a great amount of tonar`s machinery will solve transportation problems in Far East. The autorun participants were awarded the bronze statuette in the shape of three horses, symbolizing the power of «Mersedes», «KamAZ» and «Tonar». | |

Our processing center is equipped with the fourth coordinate position. It gives the possibility to assemble workpieces of the spinning mechanism automaticly. New equipment is used to drill holes in bars and butt plates and shave torque links of brake drums.
