• Nowadays "TONAR" rightfully takes the leading position among other manufacturers of tilt covered, multitonnage semitrailers. Taking into account the road conditions of the Russian Federation the chassis which serves the basis for these semitrailers is specially strengthened. Welded construction is made of steel longitudinal cross beams of high-quality. Two-inch coupling pin, rear ïðîòèâîïîäêàòíûé protecting beam, zinc-coated mudguards, the support leg which requires no considerable maintenance.
• Nowadays at the trailers market we represent two models of tilt covered semitrailers 13,6 m long and with the volume of 89 and 85 cub. m. Being much in demand with ferrymen, these wagons are distributed all round Russia.
• The technical constructions of our semitrailers have a number of advantages in comparison with the analogs of other producers. The sideboards are machined by the hot galvanizing matel. Zinc plating is realized in special factory pools (780 in width, 2500 m in depth). One of them holds 55 tons of zinc, that makes it possible to immerse workpieces 4,5m.long to be galvanized. Availability of two pools ensures machining of workpieces to suit ones own needs and fulfill clients` orders.
• Thanks to the galvanizing the sideboards are protected against the corrosion for quite a long time. The rubber weather strips of the lower edge of the sideboards prevent the panetration of dust and moisture into the body, which makes it possible to transport loads with the special requirements of delivery. The flooring is made of wood combined with the laminated bakelite plywood (9mm.in depth), which prevents the penetration of moisture inwards. Thanks to the exclusively smooth surface the loading process is facilitated and the time spent on it is greatly reduced. The internal edges of the floor are provided with the buried metallic loops for the internal fastening of load by complete fastening belts.
• The construction of the tilt and its framefork enables to make handling operations, demounting separate stationary side columns without removing the tarpaulin completely.
Due to this the operating time is also shortened.
• Door aperture is developed with the detachable upper cross beam and side columns The doors are made of the laminated plywood with a thickness of 27 mm. In accordance with the customer`s desire semitrailers can de completed by rear double board with a height of 650 mm. that makes them universal and gives the possibility to be used as vehicle-borne.
• Owing to the fact that the certified axles of their own construction carrying up to 42 tons are used in the suspension, the rated resource is increased to 1 mln.km.of the total kilometres logged. Drum type axles are equipped with the domestic bearings of the increased load capacity. Brake linings (200mm in width) ensure increased run during operation. Taking into account quite reasonable spare parts produced by «Tonar», availability of the spare parts of other manufacturers, high quality and reliability of tonar`s machinery one cant fail to consider our products unconditionally competitive.
