In period from 1994 to 1996 our factory thoroughly renewed its technological equipment. Fof the cutting of metal-sheet the laser installations TRUMPF were stocked up in Germany. These single-design machines manufacture details of any complexity with the highest accuracy and without waste products. They acquired the bending press of the same firm and installation for the gas-plasma cutting Zinser. The only press in Russia with the length of 14 meters for producing sandwich - panels made of the galvanized iron and polyurethane foam was developed and assembled together with the German firm HENNECKE. Without the mastery of this technology the production of reliable and economical refrigeration engineering, which is not inferior on the quality to western analogs, but being twice cheaper, would be impossible. The semitrailers are certified, they have «the approval of the type of the vehicle by the state standard of the RF », and also European certificate, which confirms the high heat-insulation properties of the body. Its coefficient of the heat transfer is 0,388 Vt/kv.m.grad. In accordance with the agreement, accepted by the world community in 1975, this index of heat transfer for the temperature conditions of t=-20°S must not exceed 0,4 Vt/kv.m.grad. The bodies produced by our factory completely satisfy all the requirements of international rules ATP ?( the agreement about the international transportation of those cargo being perishable by a special rolling stock dealing with transportation of the perishables). Only some russian producers can confirm such figures, but the prices of their semitrailers as well as foreign are twice or even three times higher than that of our producers, without NDS(?)(18%) being included. It can be explained by the fact that these factories complete their technology in Russia using imported panels, details and materials. The constantly expanding production base, innovation of new technologies and highly precise technical devices give the possibility to multiply the spectrum of the units produced. Owing to the close connections with the customers, we were a success in testing the first models under the conditions of real road loads. The final results confirmed the high degree of reliability of thermal bodies. In further modifications all the observations and wishes of the drivers were taken into account. Reliable performance data of thermal bodies would not have been so impressive, if the trailers continued to be completed by the axles which were purchased from the other producers. Experience and time prompted the need for developing and adapting the new type of axles for the multitonnage semitrailers. the result of the creative search of our designers and engineers became the representation of the axle of 1042 model. Thanks to the equipment of semitrailers with our axles the load capacity of the total mass increased to 42 tons. It became possible owing to the fact that «Tonar» used in the production of its axles domestic bearings of the increased load capacity and reliability, and also wide (200 mm) brake brackets. The summation of such innovations prolonged the resource of the chassis to 1000000 km of the total kilometers logged. Our insulated body for the refrigerator unit is made of sandwich - panels consisting of solid foam polyurethane containing no betraying heat - cross pieces. The zinc-coated steel sheet serves as a surface layer. Additionally, it is covered with epoxy enamel. The floor of the body also consists of complex sandwich construction. Its lower part comprises the plywood with a thickness of 24 mm. It is covered with the solid foam material and is supplied with the transverse amplifying carriers. Polyurethane Tuff Stuff is substituted on the upper operating surface.The thermal body is equipped with the refrigerator unit, which aquired the name of «polar bear». It was developed and gave «start» to life by engineers and designers of our factory. It is worth to be emphasized that this aggregate provides the temperature ranging from -20 to +20 degrees inside the body of 13,6 m in length and with the volume of90 cu. m. the engine to the automobile VAZ-2108 servers as the «heart» of «polar bear. Injector cursor with the volume of 1,5 cu. recommended itself from the best side. Practice confirmed the expediency of the selection of precisely this motor because if necessary it is possible to repair in any STO VAZ, and this factor is significant for the owners of refrigerators. Injector system gives significant advantages over carburetor cursors, expending fuels considerably less. Moreover at the moment of the starting of compressor injector the engine stably holds revolutions. In the modernization of »polar bear« we went further. So that in the process of continuous operation aggregate would not overheat in the assigned regime, designers modelled the crank case of a new construction. Its capacity increased to 11 liters of oil, ensuring the optimum state of the viability of entire aggregate. The owners of the refrigerators of those produced by »Tonar« on the merit estimated advantages as a result of several years of their operation. It is necessary to note one more essential advantage singling out our articles from the analogs of this type. Since semiaxis and refrigeratory equipment are produced with our own forces, there are no,and will not be,problems with their spare parts. we deal in them on the spot, we can also send centralizedly on the application of the buyer. I.e. that any version of commercial relations is acceptable. Indisputable remains the fact that the production of our factory is considerably cheaper than the analogs of foreign and domestic producers. Our semitrailers underwent tests under the conditions of Russian impassable road, displaying thus high operational reliability and technical longevity.
